Self-Application Protocol

In accordance with Texas state guidelines, Whiten Teeth operates as a supervised self-application service. Our Consultants are not licensed dental professionals (such as dentists or hygienists). We provide the professional-grade facility, equipment, and products for you to perform your own cosmetic whitening. To ensure your comfort and maintain our safety protocol, our team will provide guidance only and will not physically touch your mouth or perform any dental procedures.

Expectations & Results

While we use professional-grade equipment and high-quality gels, Whiten Teeth provides its services and information without any express or implied guarantees of specific outcomes. Cosmetic whitening results are unique to each individual and are influenced by factors such as genetics, tooth porosity, and personal lifestyle habits. Additionally, we strive to provide the most current information regarding our process; however, we do not warrant that all materials or educational details are at all times exhaustive, complete, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability & Release

By participating in a Whiten Teeth session, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the cosmetic whitening process. You agree to release and hold harmless Whiten Teeth and its consultants from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of our facility, products, or the self-application process.

You acknowledge that you are performing this cosmetic procedure on yourself and are responsible for your own dental health decisions. In any event, you agree that the total liability of Whiten Teeth is limited to the cost of the services provided.
