Whitening Time: 60 Minutes of active treatment. Total Appointment: Please allow 90 minutes for your full visit (includes consultation and aftercare setup). Our Facility: We are a dedicated cosmetic whitening office focused on aesthetic results. Note on Results & Suitability: For the best results, a professional dental cleaning within the last 6 months is highly recommended. Please note that whitening results vary based on your dental history and do not change the color of crowns, veneers, or composite fillings. Contraindications: This treatment is not recommended for individuals who: Are currently pregnant or nursing. Have active tooth decay (cavities) or untreated gum disease. Have exposed roots or severe tooth sensitivity. Direct Booking Support: To ensure you get the best results, we provide direct coordination for every appointment: Welcome & Prep Text: After booking, you’ll receive a personal text to confirm your details. This message includes essential prep steps and helps you plan ahead for your aftercare. Morning Check-In: We’ll send a quick "day-of" reminder text to ensure everything is ready for your session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we value the time of all our clients. When you book an appointment with Whiten Teeth, we reserve that time specifically for you. To ensure our team and all of our clients are treated with fairness, we have a firm cancellation and no-show policy. By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to the following terms: Late Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a $10 fee. No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations: If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel with less than one hour's notice, you will be charged a $25 fee. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we can provide the full service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to perform the service due to your late arrival, the no-show fee will apply. Important Booking Information: Communication via text is required to secure your appointment. After you schedule, we'll send a text message to the number you provide to confirm your booking and open a line of communication. We will also send a reminder text the morning of your scheduled appointment. You must respond to both messages to secure your spot. If you do not respond, your appointment will be automatically canceled to prevent no-shows and make the time available for other clients. How Fees Are Charged: The appropriate fee will be charged to the credit card on file used to secure your booking.
